30-day returns

If you are not satisfied, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

How to start a return

Contact us through our Contact page with your order number. We will confirm the return address and next steps.

Return shipping

You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, in which case we cover them.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we refund the item price to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.

Damaged or defective items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will replace the item or refund you in full.

Items we cannot accept back

Items damaged through misuse or incorrect installation, and items returned without their original packaging.
