Shipping Information

Free shipping on every order shipped within the United States. We currently ship to US addresses only.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order ships.

Delivery time

Standard delivery is estimated at 7 to 15 business days after processing. Large items such as home batteries and larger power stations ship by freight and can take longer. The carrier may contact you to arrange delivery.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot redirect an order after it has shipped.

Damaged or missing orders

If your order arrives damaged, or does not arrive within the estimated time, contact us through our Contact page within 7 days of delivery, with photos if it is damaged, and we will make it right.
